Tracy PD investigate first homicide since 2010 | Crime

TRACY, CA - Tracy police are investigating the city's first homicide since 2010.
The Saturday morning shooting, which occurred just after 1 am,killed one person, said Tracy Police Department Sgt. Tony Sheneman.
According to Sheneman, the Tracy patrol units were called to the scene and found the victim at 11th and Walnut with fatal multiple gun-shot wounds.
The victim was identified as Jose Anthony Sosa, Jr., 23.
Another Tracy patrol unit in the area noticed a black two door car leaving the vicinity at a high speed. They performed an investigative stop and arrested three adults and one juvenile for murder.
According to the Tracy Police Department, Samuel Inguanzo, 18, of Tracy along with Stockton residents Manuel Pelayo, 19 and Rosendo Vidaca, 26, will be booked on homicide charges into the San Joaquin County Jail.A seventeen year-old juvenile from Stockton was booked into Juvenile Hall and also charged with homicide.
"This homicide, we believe, has been solved rather rapidly," said Sheneman.
"We're concerned that it is gang related, so we'll be monitoring activity on the streets to make sure it doesn't get out of hand."
